Non-Destructive Testing

G.F. Nuove Tecnologie is equipped with the latest machinery for carrying out any type of non-destructive test inside the process installation.

This type of control is fundamental for food and pharmaceutical process installations, as only through meticulous internal inspection of the welds can the quality of the work be ensured and consequently the installation’s asepticity.

A system of fibre optic video endoscopy is used which checks that the welding has penetrated perfectly.
The stainless steel tubes are degassed using compact MK2 pressure gauges releasing Argon gas to eliminate any percentage of oxygen which could cause oxidation.
